Two buildings, one hillside. Bloc A rises five residential levels above its garden, with three apartments per floor and two penthouses opening onto terraces at the top. Bloc B is quieter: one apartment per floor, each with the whole level to itself.

Every residence,

Areas are gross built-up areas from the architect's permit drawings (each apartment's share of walls and structure included). Room areas are net, measured from the same drawings. All figures are indicative and may vary slightly on site.
04 — Location
Jamhour,
above the city.
Haret Sit sits on the green slopes of Jamhour, in the Baabda district of Mount Lebanon — a residential hillside of pine trees and family homes, a short drive from Beirut, Hazmieh and the Damascus highway.
The plot falls away to the south and west, so the buildings step down with the land: Bloc A's lower apartments open onto garden terraces, and Bloc B's lowest level has a private garden of about 300 m².
